Some of our therapists will continue to wear their masks the whole time, some will wear them part of the time and some not at all. HOWEVER, IF ASKED TO WEAR A MASK WE WILL GLADLY OBLIGE. We remain committed to providing a sanitized work space and continue to screen ourselves and patients for any signs of illness. ~ We offer our TeleHealth (virtual) appointments for those who prefer the comfort/safety of their own home. Telehealth is the safest and often the most convenient way to receive care if you are unable to come in person. ~ We provide both Online booking and personable Reception services (our Patient Care Team ) for your convenience. ~ To help process payments faster, we will ask you to put a credit card on file. We can accept payments by debit, or cash if needed. CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. As a courtesy to fellow patients and the practitioner’s time, the clinic requires 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the rate of missed treatment.
